Yes, I just wanted to share from last [clears throat] time I didn't get a chance, but I actually had the opportunity to visit the property and walk around. I do think it's a good project, especially with the um the renovation of the Highway 78 corridor. And this is what we want, businesses that are going to locate and if they're going to relocate their new businesses moving forward, we want them to be of a certain quality, of a certain standard. And I just want to say that um the way they were explaining it, they have a small fleet in the front. And the majority of the fleet is on the inside and it's it's a it's a great concept and I would welcome that to that part of the city, my district, next to your district, as well as the city of Memphis. So, I just wanted to share that. Thank you and I yield the floor.

Memphis City Council Meeting: October 8, 2026

So, will you all still be selling food on the inside? Because members, um, one of the things that we eliminated was a drivethru because there was just going to be too much. Councilman Carile, I do appreciate that, but as um Attorney Bray said, I don't know if we have room for that. Can the applicant come up, sir? Need to give your name and address. My name is Matana Mana. I am leaving this address with 1681 East Rains, Memphis, Tennessee 38116.
